InterVarsity at the California State University, Sacramento started in the late 40's and has been in existence since that time. We are a fellowship of people from a diversity of ethnic, cultural, and spiritual backgrounds who have come together out of our common love for Jesus. It is our desire to know and seek all of who God is because we acknowledge that we have much to learn and grow in our understanding of God and what it means for us to be his followers. We hope to accomplish this by pursuing justice and reconciliation, by witnessing about the uniqueness of Jesus and by growing in prayer. It is our hope that as we grow in our understanding and pursuit of God both individually and as a group that we will see his kingdom advance in our lives, on our campus, in our city and in the world. We desire to see our lives changed, our campus renewed and the world changed! We invite you to join us on our journey of growing in our understanding and pursuit of God and look forward to celebrating the ways that God will work among us.
